A new variant of Zenfone Go by Asus has launched in India today under the name ASUS ZENFONE GO 5 LTE T500. The phone is quite good in its own way and is coming with 8 megapixel rear camera, 5 megapixel front camera, 5 inch HD screen, LTE Support and other mid range specifications. This is the third launch since last December that started with the Zenfone Go 4.5, followed by Zenfone Go 5.0 (ZC500TG) few months back.
It has an Adreno 306 GPU that means you can play some superb games on it without any lag. ASUS is also offering a 5GB of free lifetime Asus WebStorage where you can save anything in cloud forever. The 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8916 SoC (as opposed to quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC) powers the Asus ZenFone Go. You really can expect lag free processing.
But unfortunately the phone has just one shortcoming. That, it is coming with older version of Android that is 4.4 (KitKat) and not 5.1 Lolipop, the latest version of Android, which is a major draw back in its popularity. Don’t worry some people still think that Android Kikat is better than Lollipop! But keep your worries aside because you can upgrade it to Android 6.0 after a few months.
