ASUS Zenfone 3 Variants Will Give Strong Competition To Samsung’s Flagships

Taiwanese Consumer electronics manufacturer ASUS has made quite a name for itself in the market with its range of smartphones in the market with their devices sporting the latest features but yet available at incredibly affordable price changes. The Zenfone series from ASUS has garnered praise from a large section of the audience and ASUS is not stopping at that. The smartphone manufacturer is all set with their latest product the ASUS Zenfone 3, which was launched earlier in August in three different variants- ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, ZenFone 3 Ultra smartphones. ZenFone 3 has a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) Super IPS+ display, 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass on the front and rear of the phone. It runs Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor and has an internal memory specification of 4GB. The device has 64GB of onboard memory expandable via micro SD Card.

Zenfone 3 Deluxe

It has a 5.7-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) Super AMOLED display and a 79 percent screen-to-body ratio. Zenfone 3 Deluxe runs the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Series processor with Adreno 530 GPU, and integrated X12 LTE modem, as well as up to 6GB RAM and 256 GB of Onboard device memory.

Zenfone 3 Ultra

The Zenfone 3 and the Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes with 3000 mAh Batteries while the Zenfone 3 Ultra houses a mammoth 4,600 mAh battery. All the devices support quick charging through Qualcomm’s QuickCharge 3.0 and the Zenfone 3 Deluxe has Type-C USB chargers.

Price and Availability

ASUS have been known for their cost-effective smartphones but with the latest Zenfone 3 venture, they have upped the price range of their devices a notch considering that the devices have the latest features and can rival the flagship devices from tech giants like Samsung and Lenovo. ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe will be available starting at $499 (Rs 33,590 approx), Zenfone 3 at $249 (Rs 16,752 approx) and Zenfone 3 Ultra version at $479 (Rs 32,217 approx). The devices are available in offline retail stores and some of the variants also pegged for online availability on E-commerce platforms.
