Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro Specs and Features

The new Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro boasts of a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a stunning 1080 x 1920 resolution. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 626 chipset with an octa-core 2.2GHz CPU and the Adreno 506 Graphics Processing Unit or GPU. There is only one RAM version at this moment; a 4GB RAM is mated to native storage options of 32GB or 64GB. This storage option can be expanded via a microSD slot which increases the total storage option to 256GB. A second SIM card slot will support either a nano-SIM card or the microSD card. We had earlier reported the C7 Pro here and the predictions have proven very accurate.

When it comes to the camera features, both the rear and the front cameras are 16MP with the rear primary camera featuring an aperture of f/1.9. A 16MP front camera will ensure that selfie-lovers will not be disappointed. The home button on the front also doubles up as a fingerprint scanner which is embedded in it. The new Samsung C7 Pro is powered by a very impressive 3300mAh battery. The phone runs on Android 6.0.1 OS which comes pre-installed. One major design difference is the slotted antenna lines on the back, top and the bottom of the device which replace those familiar yet ungainly white antenna lines that seem to have irked legions of fans.

The new Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro will be available in colour variants of Rose Pink, Arctic Blue and Maple Leaf Gold. The new phones will also feature an Always-On display and Samsung Pay. Like we mentioned before, the price of the new phone is unknown at this moment, although some new outlets report a $404 price tag. Samsung will have to work hard to create a value differentiation for this new model, however.
