But shifting the focus from the smartphones, Sony is on the market with the news regarding a sound system which they have recently launched in India. The Sony XAV-AX100 which is basically an in-car audio system comes packed with a number of new features that are set to provide the riders with a great experience.
Sony XAV-AX100 has been launched in India today a few hours back and the black variant of the device will be available in India for the time being. Other variants might be available later on but nothing has been mentioned regarding that by Sony. The in-car sound system is rolled out on the market with a price tag of 26,990 INR.
The Sony XAV-AX100 comes with a number of incredible features which are bound to enhance the riding experience of all. It reportedly comes with the 4x55W Dynamic Reality Amp 2 alongside 3 pre-out connectivity. What this does is it makes the sound system expandable with the help of amplifiers and speakers. Along with this, the highlighting feature of the Sony XAV-AX100 is the 10-band equaliser besides the Dynamic Stage Organiser (DSO) which enhances the surround sound experience.
The Sony XAV-AX100 also comes with the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay which comes as a real bonus for all those who are thinking getting hold of this audio system soon. However, it has been reported that the CarPlay facility will not be available for the buyers at the moment and might be added later on although no confirmation has been made regarding this. But what is more important about the Sony XAV-AX100 is the additional safety measure that the sound system provides. The voice command feature is primarily the reason why the new in-car audio system makes the ride all safer as it enables the driver to focus completely on driving even if the audio system is running inside the car.
So it seems that car rides are set to get all the more exciting with the arrival of the new audio system from Sony on the market. And it will get much better if the Apple CarPlay comes in the Sony XAV-AX100. Nothing has been revealed regarding whether it will come out in future or not, but we can keep our fingers crossed in the expectation that will Sony roll it out some time later on.
