Huawei Y3 2017 With 5-Inch Display Launched

On Monday, Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company Huawei launched its latest flagship Huawei Y 3 2017. Although the device has been listed on the company’s official website, no information regarding its availability and price has been given. However, it is mentioned that it will be available in five color variants – Blue, Gold, Gray, Pink and White.

Huawei Y3 2017 will sport an 8-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel secondary camera for selfies and video chat.

The news comes a month after the company launched Huawei Y 5 2017 which came with a slim textured body.

Huawei Y 3 2017 will feature a 5-inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 854*480 pixel. The device will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 on top of it.

Speaking of storage, the device will come with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded to 32GB through the help of a microSD card. Powered by a quad-core MT6737T CPU processor along with Mali T720 GPU,  the device will weigh 180gm and measure 145.1*73.7*9.45.

Coming to the camera, Huawei Y3 2017 will sport an 8-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel secondary camera for selfies and video chat.  Additional camera features include Beauty Mode, Time-Lapse, and Panorama. The latest flagship by Huawei comes with 2,200 mAH battery with an Ulta Power Saving mode.

Is connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), GPS/AGPS/Glonass and microUSB port. It also has options for Digital Compass, Proximity Sensor, Digital Compass and Ambient Light Sensor, as per NDTV Gadget 360 Degree.

Whether Huawei Y3 2017 can exceed the performance of its predecessors or not only time will tell.
