Mobiles Huawei Nova 2 Plus Gets Spotted on FCC; US Launch Nearing By Argha Ghosh Posted on July 20, 2017 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Share on Reddit Share on Pinterest Share on Linkedin Share on Tumblr It has been almost a couple of months that we came across the Huawei Nova 2 Plus. It is yet to be made available in global markets. The Chinese smartphone developers launched the smartphone for the native market but the FCC listing of the device hints at the fact that the US-launch of the device is appearing soon. The FCC certification of the Huawei Nova 2 Plus has not revealed much about the specs and features of the device. And that is very much in line with the norm that FCC certification does not reveal much about a device. This is because the model numbers differ marginally. While Nova 2 Plus comes with a model number of BAC-AL00 in China, FCC certification has revealed it to be BAC-L03 and BAC-L23. The L03 variant is expected to be the single-SIM variant while the L23 seems to be the dual-SIM variant. The Chinese variant of the Huawei Nova 2 Plus comes with an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 chipset under the hood coupled with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB native storage which is quite impressive. The rear camera is expected to be equipped with a 12 MP lens while the selfie shooter features a 20 MP lens. Backed up by a 3,340 battery, the device runs an Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. The device might be available in different color variants as previously revealed. But what should be kept in mind is the fact that there has not been any official statement on the release date of the Huawei Nova 2 Plus in the USA. So we need to keep waiting for that. And it seems that the wait is not going to be a long one as an official word is expected to come soon.
