Vivo is one of the leading Chinese smartphone developers which have managed to grab the attention of the consumers as well as the experts in the recent past. And of late a couple of smartphones from Vivo have been spotted repeatedly in the online media. And the most recent reports have revealed quite a few things that the Vivo X9S and Vivo X9S Plus might feature when the smartphone duo come out on the market.
Both the Vivo X9S and X9S Plus are spotted on the leaked poster amidst a number of other smartphones. However, these two particular smartphones have grabbed our attention. It has made it clear how the front of the device is going to look like. The device looks pretty big from the leaked poster of the smartphones.
Along with that, a number of new things including the fingerprint scanner in the bottom of the device can be spotted. A number of sensors can also be found on the top of the display alongside the dual-camera setup.
Other than the external features, quite a few internal features of the smartphones from Vivo can also be spotted. The Vivo X9S is spotted to sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset under the hood while the higher-end version of the device will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 chipset. The SD 653 processor is a bit faster than the SD 652 one. Both handsets are equipped with the Adreno 510 GPU as well. It is expected that the smartphones will be running on an Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.
Although there are going to be differences in the processor of the two devices, things are going to be pretty similar when it comes to the storage. Both the devices will have a 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. The camera specs of the smartphones are yet to be confirmed and we need to wait for that update. But it is expected that both the smartphones will have dual-lens setup both on the front as well as on the back. This is because the leaked poster has focused primarily on the 20-megapixel front camera.
It has been not long that these new smartphones have been spotted in the online media. Also, it was revealed that Vivo X9S and X9S Plus would be launched on July 6. So there is not much left to go before we can find out how the smartphones actually look like when they come out.
