Indian tech giant, Micromax is currently working on Infinity Display feature with its upcoming Canvas Infinity. However, by the recent reports, we have gathered that the company has started sending out ‘Block your date’ invites for its August 22 event to occur in the National Capital. However the teaser shared by the company does not reveal the name of the smartphone, yet we have enough idea of it to be none other than the Canvas Infinity.
What was that notable thing which confirmed it to be the Micromax Canvas Infinity? Well, the tagline that the company created for the invite, said it all, which read, “Let’s put a number to Infinity. 22.09.2017. Block your date.” Revelations don’t stop here, as the tagline also unfolds a date, which is August 22 this year. With close hints, one might expect the Canvas Infinity to get launched on August 22, as per the tagline’s suggestion.
However, with earlier leaks, the device was expected to come with a display screen of 5.7-inch and an aspect ratio of 18:9 (likely similar to Samsung Galaxy S8 duo feature). And if that has to be believed, then the Indian tech giant will be the first manufacturer to design a smartphone with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Infinity display feature is one of the in-things of the technology universe. Already Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6 have debuted the world of Infinity display where thin bezels were offered or entirely removed from the sides. As per Micromax, its Canvas Infinity is expected to give a crucial competition to the aforementioned devices.
Micromax is one of the engaging tech giants to manufacture smartphones and tablets. Over the past few years, it has offered attractive devices, including the Micromax Canvas 2 (2017), which was equipped with a 2.5D Curved Glass. Micromax’s Canvas Selfie 2 with brilliant optics features was also spotted a couple of weeks ago.
