Moto X4 With Dual Rear Cameras Spotted in New Leaks

The much talked-about Moto X4 has leaked once again, showing off its dual rear cameras. We have earlier covered the device, where we informed you about the price and the expected features of the new Moto offering. This is the first time that we have received a good look at the rear camera design of the X4. And it does look very attractive.

The first look at the dual rear cameras was announced on Twitter by Evan Blass, the noted leakster. Blass, however, stated that the last time he shared the renders of the Moto X4, it really wasn’t the actual device. Blass blamed bad information for the misidentification. He also stated that the new renders were actually the new device.

Interestingly, the one big difference between the photos he had originally shared and the new photos are the dual rear cameras which make the new Moto X4 a more premium device. Like all Motorola smartphones, the new X4 too has the camera sensors in a circular design. However, the LED flash is located at the top of the camera housing and not the bottom like most Motorola devices. Besides, the area around the rear cameras is not coated black, also a departure from the other devices launched by Motorola.

These differences apart, the Moto X4 has not shown of too many details as of now. The new device has feature glass on both the two sides; besides, it will also be IP68 certified for dust and water resistance. The fingerprint scanner will be located on the front. In case you are wondering, the device’s physical home button will also double as theĀ fingerprint scanner. The rest of the Moto X4’s specs and features are expected to remain the same. It has an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor which has been clocked at 2.2GHz as well as 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Stay tuned for further updates.
