Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+Leaked with Optics Specs

Samsung has introduced the dual lens camera set up in it Galaxy Note 8 flagship. Now that the Korean tech giant has already launched its Note 8 device, the rumor mill is expected to overbrim with another Galaxy’s lineup smartphone. We have already come across a leak about the upcoming Galaxy S9. And much to the excitement, the upcoming phablet is envisioned to come with a dual rear camera module.

Alleged Samsung Galaxy S9 to come with Dual Rear Camera Set Up

Ming-Chi Kuo, the KGI Securities analyst, who holds a good consistency of revealing certain leaks of high-end Apple and Samsung devices, has claimed a similar thing that was once reported by another eminent analyst Kim Rok-ho. While KGI Securities never offered any technical key specs of the  S9’s optics system, one may expect Samsung S9 to be integrated with a dual lens camera, alike to Galaxy Note 8. On the optics front, the device is expected to come with a LED flash placed in between the camera module.

Although, prior to a couple of days, another insider, Park Hyug-woo from Shinhan Investment, unsurprisingly reported the same thing about Samsung Galaxy S9. While we are unsure of anything right now, here’s what Kuo further claimed. As per the analyst, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will feature a fingerprint sensor embedded in the rear panel. Claim wise, Samsung is developing a semi conductor firm as the Himax and the Egis in order to embed fingerprint sensor under the display of Galaxy Note 9.

Samsung has already decided to use its in-house Exynos 9810 chipset for its flagship smartphones. So Snapdragon 845 chipset is no more the thing for the Korean tech giant. One may expect the S9 and S9 Plus variant to be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 9810 chipset, unlike the one we mentioned here that the devices are to receive Snapdragon 845 Chipsets next year.
