TCL’s Range of 4K Android TVs Launched in India; Check Out Key Specs and Price

TV manufacturer TCL launches its new TV series in the Indian market. TCL developers have taken a leap in introducing the next generation smart TV by unveiling the first Android TVs in India by launching the Google Certified 4K UHD Android smart TV series C2 and P2M. The device is designed and developed by the tech giant in order to offer ‘a first of its kind’ experience to Indian users.

Design wise, the TCL C2 device is reportedly stylish and perfect to fit in with the modern day houses. On the contrary, the TCL P2M comes with a golden metal material, thus giving a premium look to users. The C2 offers the purest LED backlight alongside wide color gamut so as to deliver a richer and improvised viewing experience. Both the 4K Android TVs are supported by HDR Pro with reproduction of light and dark shades accurately.

One can get their hands on the DTS decoding delivered in both the TCL‘s smart TVs. And for Netflix users, both the devices come inbounding with Netflix App. This feature will initiate and allow users to watch multiple TV episodes as well as movies with the availability of 4K and HDR options. The pair of TVs sport a strong hardware in order to support Android TV OS alongside enhanced features. Also, they feature dual core Mali T860GPU and are powered by Quad-core A53 clocked at 1.5 Hz CPU, offering 2.5GB DDR3 alongside a native storage of 16 GB, under the hood.

TCL Multimedia’s Country Manager, Mr. Mike Chen stated, “The new TV range from TCL is a potential game-changer in the smart TV segment. Both C2 and P2M have exquisite features to give our customers a whole new experience in the TV viewing experience.” As for the pricing, C2’s 65-inch variant costs Rs. 1,09,990, whereas, P2M with 55-inch and an extended 65-inch are priced for 62,990 and Rs. 99,990 respectively. However, both the devices are available on Amazon till this Independence day. Users can get their hands on the Android smart TVs from TCL offline and online stores by September.
