WhatsApp Beta for Android Featuring UPI Payment Options

Social networking sites have massively attracted fans such that users are now entirely confined to using the services. The popular communication application, WhatsApp has widely offered the finest messaging services. And now it appears that the developers are consistent enough in bringing new updates, thereby improvising the app with clarity. A host of delightful features have been offered to WhatsApp users, with the recent news unveiling, the messaging app further appears in the rumor mill with another update. Recently, WhatsApp has submitted a new update to it via the Google Play Beta Program.

The new 2.17.295 version appears with a hidden page in the app, and with the image shared by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp chatting platform will now offer users the bank to bank transfer by using Unified Payment Interface, i.e. UPI. It will also function on the Aadhaar infrastructure, and as UPI works on IMPS protocol, it will feature instantaneous transactions.

Prior to a couple of months, reportedly WhatsApp was expected to receive the capability of UPI payment option. Also, of note, the messaging app was reported to come with Instagram like photo filters. Sure, the WhatsApp developers have worked on these two part, and we have received the update with the aforementioned abilities for its age-old users.

WhatsApp is planning to deliver a unified service improvising the app with brilliant features starting from communication to pleasure, to payments and more. Several reports have been taking the round ever since WhatsApp’s plan to integrate payment failure has been expected. Also note, the beta version of WhatsApp has now received the filters capability, and it can certainly be expected from the app to add “Swipe up for filters” in order to find the existence of filters.

Five filters have been introduced to the 2.19.297 version, and they are amazing- Pop, B&W, Cool, Chrome, and last but not the least Film. One can get their hands on these filters by swiping up after capturing a photo in WhatsApp.
