Xiaomi, the Chinese manufacturer of smartphones, has recently been promising enough in delivering some excellent smartphones in the recent past. And it was just a day before (i.e. August 29) when the company launched its 3 GB RAM + 32 GB internal storage model of Xiaomi Redmi 4A. Now with the recent reports, we have come across the availability of the device. It will roll out tomorrow on Mi.com, Flipkart, Paytm, Amazon India, and Tata CliQ.
Xiaomi Redmi 4A Key Specs and Features
Prior to a couple of days, we have seen the base model to go for sale via Amazon (as we mentioned here). The variant was available with a 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of native storage. Surprisingly, the only difference between the two devices is the bump in memory and storage. Other than that, fans can get their hands on a similar model alike to the base model, in terms of key specs and features.
Xiaomi Redmi 4A flaunts a 5-inch HD (720p) IPS display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. Reportedly, the phone is housed with quad-core Qualcomm MSM8917 Snapdragon 425 clocked at 1.4 GHz. On the optics front, the primary camera of Redmi 4A comes with 13 MP with an aperture of f/2.2 and LED flash. The selfie shooter sports 5 MP with an aperture f/2.2. Other features also include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1, A2DP, LE, and more. The smartphone is available in three color variants- Rose Gold, Dark Gray, and Gold. On the software front, Redmi 4A runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS (i.e. MIUI 8).

The new variant of Xiaomi Redmi 4A comes with a price tag of Rs 6,999, that is Rs 1,000 more than the price of the base model of Xiaomi Redmi 4A. The vice president of Xiaomi, Manu Kumar Jain said, “Surprise! We are launching a new variant of Redmi 4A (3GB RAM + 32 GB flash memory) at an amazing price of Rs. 6,999.”
