With Staggering 5000 mAh Battery, Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 is All Set To Go On Sale

After the Eluga Ray 500, Panasonic is all set to launch another smartphone under the same series, this time a more powerful variant, called as the Eluga Ray 700. Just like the Eluga Ray 500, the Eluga Ray 700 has also been listed on Flipkart and will be available to purchase from 21st September. The Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 is priced at Rs. 9,999 and currently, bears a ‘coming soon’ tag on the website. Both Eluga 500 and Eluga 700 will be officially launched through an inaugural event on Tuesday in New Delhi. The USP of this soon to be launched Eluga Ray 700 is the handset is backed by a whopping 5000mAh battery.

Talking about the specifications, the Eluga Ray 700 features a 5.5-inch HD IPS On Cell screen with 1080×1920 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone houses an octa-core MediaTek MTK6753 chipset clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The users can further expand the native storage capacity up to 128GB through the microSD card slot present in the device. The handset runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS and supports dual-SIM 4G VoLTE connectivity.

On the optics front, unlike the Eluga Ray 500, the Eluga Ray 700 sports a single 13-megapixel snapper at the rear end coupled with LED flash. On the front side, a 13-megapixel shooter is placed too with LED flash to capture better selfies and make video calls.

As for the connectivity options are concerned, apart from the 4G VoLTE, the handset features Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Moreover, the Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 houses ambient light sensor, compass, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and a fingerprint sensor placed in the home button.

Dimension wise, the Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 measures at 153.75×75.35×8.9mm and weighs 182 grams.
