ZTE Axon Multy, the Foldable Smartphone Has Been Spotted on the Geekbench before the 17th October Launch Date

The Chinese tech giant ZTE is working on a foldable smartphone for a long time. According to the earlier reports, the smartphone is likely to be called as the ZTE Axon Multy and it is expected to come with two screens which can be unfolded into one large 6.8-inch display. Now, finally, the handset has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website with the codename ZTE Z999.

Speaking of the probable specs of the ZTE Axon Multy, as per the Geekbench benchmark website, the smartphone is going to be powered by a quad-core 2.0GHz Qualcomm chipset, very much similar to the Snapdragon 821 SoC. So, we can expect that the upcoming Axon Multy foldable will house the Snapdragon 821 chipset. Apart from that, the benchmarking website also indicates that the forthcoming foldable handset will sport 4GB of RAM, 32GB of native storage capacity, and will run on Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system.

As we have mentioned above, the ZTE Axon Multy is pegged to come with a 6.8-inches foldable Full HD screen with 1920X2160 pixel resolution. On the optics front, the handset is expected to flaunt a 20-megapixel rear camera, although the specs of the front camera are yet unknown. As for the release date and the pricing are concerned, the ZTE Axon Multy is likely to make its debut on 17th October through an inauguration event in the New York City. The latest reports suggest that the handset will be an AT&T exclusive product and is expected to come with a price tag of almost $500.
