As per the official iOS changelog, the iOS 11.2.6 update fixes the bug issue that all users were facing over the last few days. However, all iPhones running the latest developer and public beta version were not affected by the bug. Also, any iPhone running on older iOS versions were not affected either.

To download the latest iOS 11.2.6 update, you need to dive into Settings> General> Software Update and then follow the instructions on the screen. You need to connect your device to a WiFi network to download the update and it is also recommended to take a backup of your data before you begin.

Just like the iOS update, the watchOS 4.2.3 update fixes the Telugu character bug issue on all Apple watches running the latest version of watchOS, including series 1, series 2 and series 3 range of devices. In order to download and install the update, you need to head to My Watch tab on your Apple watch and then click on General > Software Update. A minimum of 50 percent charge is necessary to begin the update procedure and you need to keep the charging dock ready too. You also need to keep your iPhone in close proximity to the Apple watch and a WiFi connection.

The procedures are similar for tvOS and macOS but it is highly recommended to take a back up of your data during mac update to prevent any important data loss.
