BSNL Starts Brand New Prepaid Plans with Unlimited Calling Services

In a telecommunication industry like India where Reliance Jio has intriguing offerings for fans, the only reason for other companies to introduce exciting plans would just be the way to increasingly get better in the saturated market. State-run telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided something alike to this. The latest report rolled out points out that the company has improved a brand new prepaid plan which comes with unlimited calling services.

After upgrading its Rs. 187 plan, the company is reported to come with better ways to attract fans. BSNL has now announced new prepaid plans for its fans with the inclusion of Rs. 99 as well as Rs. 319 plan offerings in Calcutta. The plan starts at Rs. 99 plan and offers an unlimited voice calls on both the local as well as STD network alongside free national roaming too. This pack has a validity of 28 days. Talking about the higher offering, the Rs. 319 pack offers all aforementioned benefits but the period has been extended to 90 days validity. It is furthermore worth mentioning, users will be charged Rs. 60 paise per a minute when they make a local or an STD call in Mumbai and in Delhi.

The state-own telecom operator interestingly is planning to roll out 4G services very soon. Calcutta Telephones CGM SP Tripathi told PTI in a statement, “We expect spectrum in the 2100MHz band within days and equipment is also ready.” In the prior days, we have seen BSNL announcing a new prepaid plan for its users in India. Dubbed the Maximum plan, the pack has at Rs 999 has been made applicable across all circles expect North East, Jammu and Kashmir, and Assam, reports The Mobile Indian.

BSNL users under the offer will get 1GB data per one day. Once the daily limit has been exhausted, the net speed will get reduced to up to 40 Kbps. The offer has a validity of 365 days. BSNL users will get the unlimited voice calls offering on local as well as STD network for 181 days. The tariff changes from 182 days whereby users can make off-net calls as well as on net calls with a charge of 60 paise per minute. Furthermore, 25 paise per SMS on local will be charged along with 32 paise per national SMS.
