The latest variant of Nokia 6 with 4GB RAM is now available for purchase in India, exclusively through Flipkart from today. The smartphone is available only in one color variant of Matte Black and comes with a price tag of Rs 16,999 only. The global variant of Nokia 6 was launched in January last year by HMD Global, the official license holder of Nokia. It is to be noted that the first generation of Nokia 6 is available in India right now with its successor, the Nokia 6 (2018) just been released in China.
The device is available only through Flipkart at present with other e-commerce vendors likely to join in shortly. Flipkart is also offering a bundle of offers like extra 5 percent off on payments made through Axis Bank Buzz credit cards and no cost EMI options through several banks. The 3GB version of the Nokia 6 is also available right now and it comes with a price tag of Rs 14,500.

Coming to the specifications of the device, it is quite similar to its previous variant, except for the RAM part. It features a 5.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1080 X 1920 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset, backed with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage space which can be further upgraded with the help of a micro-SD card.
Talking about the optics of the device, it features a 16-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture and dual-tone LED flash. On the front, it boasts an 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus support for clear selfies and video calling.
On the connectivity front, it features 4G LTE, 3G, dual-band WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC, USB port with OTG support and 3.5mm headphone connector jack. A massive 3000mAh non-removable battery fuels the phone but it does not feature the fast charging technology that other smartphone of the present generation usually boasts.
