Samsung Galaxy S9 Duo will Roll out in India on March 6

Now that this year’s Samsung flagships have already been announced at the Unpacked event, the Galaxy S9 duo is set to launch in different countries accordingly. The latest news rolled out on the Internet talk about the launch date of both Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ in the Indian market. The devices will launch in India next week. And to be more precise on this front, reports shed lights on the fact that the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will land in India on March 6.

Some sources claim that that company has also started sending out media invitations for the launch event which is scheduled to be held in India’s capital, New Delhi on March 6. Our earlier reports already indicated that the pre-bookings for both the devices in India have already started through its official website. Interested customers shall pay Rs. 2,000. One just has to click on the ‘Buy Now’ option on the website and upon this one has to enter all the details like Name, email ID, mobile number, model or color accordingly.

The South Korean tech giant is yet to give us the final price of the latest smartphone. nevertheless, via the leak from Flipkart, it has apparently been confirmed that the smartphones are set to be Flipkart exclusives. To recall, the Samsung Galaxy S9 duo’s 64 GB storage is expected to come with a price point of Rs 62,500 and Rs. 70,000 respectively. While on the contrary, the 256 GB storage variants of the S9 will be available at Rs. 71,000 and Rs 79,000 pricing will be the cost of Galaxy S9+.

To recall, both the smartphones come with Snapdragon 845 SoC for the US as well as the China versions. For the rest of the world, the phones house the company’s in-house Exynos 9810 chipset, under the hood. Samsung‘s Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ are powered by 3,000mAh battery and a larger 3,500mAh battery respectively. And both support Quick Charge 2.0  wireless charging as well as fast charging technology.
