As per the information revealed, The Forge will allow the players to take on a number of new challenges and tombs. It will also allow the players to work with a friend to solve many complex puzzles in the game. The new DLC trailer released at X018 gave us a glimpse of what to expect from this game. It shows that the main protagonist Lara Croft will be taken to a complex smithing temple hidden in the dense jungles. In The Forge, Lara Croft and her allies will uncover a new tomb in South America that houses a new threat that can put the world in danger once again. Just like the other DLCs from previous Tomb Raider games, the latest update adds new areas to explore along with new challenges, enemies, and weapons to find. A unique feature of the latest update is that it will add a new co-op mode that enables players to gang up to take on new challenges and solve puzzles. The update also brings a new Score Attack mode that will allow players to compete against each other by traversing the environment. At the first post-launch DLC of the game, The Forge will be one of several new expansions planned for Tomb Raider. Though the DLC will allow you to play with a friend in co-op mode, you can also choose to play solo without taking anyone’s support. The company has planned to introduce new content over the next several months and the season pass of the game will allow the players to take on new challenges once they are made available. The Forge is set to launch on November 13 and will bring new challenges and mysteries for the players to solve.
