Good news for Nokia enthusiasts. In what is perhaps Nokia’s second innings globally, the Nokia 3, 5. and 6 all are expected to come to India on June 13. These three phones are part of Nokia’s first set of Android-powered phones. All three of the new devices are expected to feature the combination of great specs and even extraordinary price tags as well. Ever since HMD Global took over the reins of the Finnish giant, this will possibly be the biggest test it has faced.
The price tags of the ew Nokia/HMD Global devices have also become semi-officially known. A report in Gadgets360 has stated that the new Nokia-HMD Global will be unveiling the Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 on June 13, as evidenced by a press invite. The invite says and we quote, “Welcome the new era of Nokia smartphones.” Interestingly, the Nokia 6 was launched in China just a few days back.
Nokia 6 Specs and Features
It seems that the new Nokia 6 will boast a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080) display, and will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC, The new phone will have 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, which can be increased via microSD card, as well as a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front snapper. We expect that the Nokia 6 could cost somewhere around Rs 16,000.
Nokia 5 Specs and Features
The Nokia 5 boast a 5.3-inch HD display which will get the very important Corning Gorilla Glass protection as well. It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 processor and Adreno 505 GPU, and also has interesting specs like 2GB RAM and will also have 16GB storage option. The device also has a very decent 13MP rear camera plus an 8MP front camera. This new phone will come in four colours – Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue, and Copper– while the price tag will be somewhere around Rs 13,300.
Nokia 3 Specs and Features
The Nokia 3 is an entry-level phone. It features a 5-inch display withCorning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by a MediaTek MTK 6737 processor, while the 2GB RAM and 16GB storage are impressive. The front and rear camera both are 8MP sensors as well. The device will once again have four options as far as colours go, including Silver White, Matte Black, Tempered Blue, and Copper White. Expect a price tag of Rs 9,000.
All of the Nokia smartphones run Android Nougat 7.1.1 or its latest version.
