Xiaomi is back in the headlines yet again. And this time, like on most other occasions, it is due to a new smartphone which has been spotted online. The new smartphone named Xiaomi Riva has been spotted on Geekbench and it has revealed few things about the smartphone which will certainly make the consumers looking for low-range smartphones really pleased.
Geekbench listing of a smartphone comes up with some clear indication of how the device is going to shape up. And there is no exception on this occasion as well for the scores in both the single-core and the multi-core tests have been revealed along with few specs. In the single-core test, Xiaomi Riva has managed to score 560 points while in the multi-core test, it has got 916 points. The scores are indicative of the fact that the device is certainly not one of the high-end devices.
Among the specs and features which have been revealed we have the processor of the smartphone. The new smartphone from Xiaomi features a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. It could be SD 415 or SD 427 as well as there has not been any clear indication of that. The processor is going to be clubbed with 3 GB RAM. It is also revealed that the handset will run on an Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system right out of the box.
However, it is evident that there are lots of things related to the Xiaomi Riva which are yet to come to the fore. And we need to wait for the time being to get an update on that. Incidentally a few days back another smartphone from Xiaomi with the name Jason was spotted and we are yet to get an official update on that. So it can be stated that a similar kind of a situation is on the cards this time as well. And all we can do is just wait to get official updates on Xiaomi Riva.
