Metodo bags come in three styles: the medium cross bag, the large cross bag, and an even larger backpack. All styles are made with a strong molecular weight polyethylene fabric called UHMWPE. This fabric is 15 times stronger than steel, 100% cut-resistant, and has been used for bulletproof vests and military composite materials. However, Metodo has taken into account more than just bag-slashers.
All of the Metodo bags are water-resistant and come with a locking zipper system with number lock. For those who need more space and want to take extra security measures, the Metodo backpack is equipped with even more.
The backpack’s zipper pulls are locked in place with a combination lock (TSA Lock System), which is more convenient than padlocks and keeps the contents of the bag entirely secure. A hidden zipper pull is also located on the backside of the bag close to the base of your neck. Both of these features are perfect in avoiding pickpockets. In addition, a wire lock system security cable can be looped around and locked on fixtures, furniture, or on your own body to guard against the second most common type of thief: grab-and-run. To top it off, the backpack has a 3.5mm Stereo Audio Jack and both the backpack and large cross bag have a built-in USB charging outlet.
