Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017) Spotted on Geekbench Running Android 7.1.1

Samsung is one of the engaging brands that manufactures some of the finest smartphones. Apart from its much-anticipated Galaxy Note 8, there’s one more in our list which has arrived in the recent news, that is, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017). Over the past few months, this device is quite a hyped-up one. And with latest reports now, Samsung’s C7 (2017) has been spotted on the benchmarking site, Geekbench.

From the report via the Geekbench listing, we have gathered that the upcoming smartphone will roll out with some excellent features. The listing suggests the model number “Samsung SM-C7100” indicating the Galaxy C7 (2017) to run Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. As per the listing, the upcoming Galaxy C7 (2017) is going to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 (MT6757) SoC clocked at 1.69GHz alongside a memory of 2700 MB, under the hood. From what was offered via the TEENA listing we have been familiar with some of the specs that have arrived on Geekbench.

Prior to a couple of months, the device was spotted on Bluetooth SIG where there was no clear indication what the smartphone is going to feature. Then appeared the certification from the WiFi Alliance, where, no clear information about the upcoming device was disclosed. But hopefully, the Korean tech conglomerate will bring something new with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017).

As per key specs, the device is expected to be powered by either the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC or Snapdragon 630 SoC. According to some reports, the device is speculated to come up with Samsung’s indigenous chip, the Exynos 7872 SoC. And likely, the imaging aspects of Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017) suggests the device to sport a dual rear camera set up. However, originally the Galaxy C7 was powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC.
