Google’s initiative to spread stock Android to everyone at the cheapest cost possible, the Android One program is being praised all over the world. And as we reported earlier, HTC is all set to launch one of their coveted handsets, HTC U11 Life under this program. The Taiwanese tech giant announced this venture long ago and since then the experts, as well as fans, started speculating on the probable features and specs of the upcoming HTC U11 Life. A few days ago we reported that this forthcoming handset might feature a 5.2-inch display and the latest rumors are also indicating the same fact.
A developer and a tipster, famous for predicting HTC handset’s specs accurately, LLabTooFeR, has recently confirmed what we might expect from the upcoming HTC U11 Life on Twitter. And according to that leaked specifications, the U11 Life is going to sport a 5.2-inch Full HD display, although the exact pixel resolution is still unknown. Under the hood, the handset will house a 2.2 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 630 SoC clubbed with Adreno 508 GPU for the graphics. Earlier rumors were indicating that the device may feature a Snapdragon 660 chipset, like the original version, but apparently, it is not the case.
Moreover, this mid-range Android One smartphone will come in two storage variants- one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage capacity and the other one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage. On the optics front, the smartphone will flaunt a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash as well as a 16-megapixel snapper in the front. Needless to mention, the HTC U11 Life will run on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo and is backed by a 2600mAh battery.
Speaking of the connectivity features, the upcoming smartphone is going to include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz) and GPS + GLONASS. The HTC U11 Life will also come with IP67 rating and a microSD card slot. The handset is going to make its debut soon.
