According to a report by SamMobile, Samsung is likely to launch the Galaxy A6 and the Galaxy A6+ smartphone in Europe, Russia and the Middle East really soon. The report has also claimed that the Galaxy A6 may be launched earlier as the smartphone has already been listed on the official website of Samsung. Now some new renders have appeared to reveal some of the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A6 and the Galaxy A6+.

The renders of the alleged Samsung Galaxy A6 and the Galaxy A6+ has been posted by well-known leaker @OnLeaks on Twitter. The renders reveal all the major specifications of the two smartphones and also show them from all possible angles. It has revealed that the models may borrow its design from the Samsung Galaxy A8 and the Galaxy A8+ to some extent. It is however not known whether it will come with a glass rear panel or continue to stick with metal casing.

The Samsung Galaxy A6 is expected to arrive with a 5.6-inch full HD display while the Galaxy A6+ will sport a larger 6-inch display screen. Both the models will incorporate Samsung’s Infinity Display feature with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio screen. The models may be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 7870 SoC with an octa-core CPU. The Galaxy A6 is expected to boast 3GB of RAM while the larger Galaxy A6+ may feature 4GB of RAM.

The renders have also revealed that both the models will feature micro USB port instead of the regular USB Type-C port for charging on the Samsung Galaxy A8. This indicates that the models may be launched with some other name in some markets. No information is available right now regarding the pricing or release date of the two models. We will have to wait for a few more days at least to get more information in this regard.
